Return & Refund Policy

At Thesupply Co, your satisfaction is our priority.

We want you to love your order! But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return most items.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at Thesupplyco.co@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We’ll provide a full replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
