Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers to provide you with the best prices and product variety.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs or postal service issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The supplyco is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages
